Came here  with a colleague for a quick treat in between a light lunch and a late dinner. 

The pasta was amazing. Homemade and al dente, the noodles were extremely supple and chewy, and the seafood and the shitake mushroom was so flavorful and fresh! 

I definitely ordered the best dish on the menu and was quite pleased with myself.

DOG DEPT CAFE @AEON LAKETOWN

Man, is this place happy or what! It’s not surprising to see why it's caught on so well along with numerous pet cafe's around town. 

 Upon entering, we were offered an introduction card briefly pointing out some  rules when dining with our furry friends. We were also handed a menu for us and mushee ; a light refreshments for us humans; and a gourmet treat for Mushee . 

 Judging by the amount of jumping and tail-wagging going on around my ankle, mushee knew very well that he was about to receive a gourmet feed from us. 

 I love this place and would definitely visit again should I ever find myself in that area. Anybody who enjoys the company of dogs would have a ball at this place. 

 

HELLO KITTY CAFE @Hongdae Seoul

We didn't plan on coming here but some badly needed relief from the hot morning sun was reason enough to take a break. Cutesy cat faces all around, the decor was as expected. 

This famous cafe is very small and pink. It's an obvious choice for any Hello Kitty Lovers.
I actually thought the place would be bigger, but it is more intimate than I imagined. Everything in here, including the furniture and the food is hello kitty themed. 

 This place is ok  if you're a diehard HK fan. Else, just take a pic outside and move on.

 Happy 60th Birthday!! I love you soooooo much! The world may misunderstand your beautiful heart time and again, but just know that it's only because you are too good for the world to begin with. 

 We dedicate all our life`s accomplishment to you and papa and acknowledge that we wouldn't be where we are today if not for you. Making you proud is winning life in itself, and I don't plan to stop here. 

 And lastly, what a blessing it is to see a woman who has withstood life`s ups and downs for 60 years,loved our father and us for 35 years and lived a life for 60 beautiful years .

Myeongdong seoul korea

This is one of my favorite places in Seoul because it is a shopping haven. You can find almost anything to shop and eat in this area and its right in the heart of the city.

We were lucky enough to be there during their month long summer sale which runs all throughout the month of July.

The day and night scenes is different. In the evening, you will see alot of street food hawkers and stores in the middle of the streets which makes the place really interesting

This is also a great place to shop for cosmetics, masks and skin products. You can find all korean brands in myeongdong , you will be spoilt with choices.

 

The Grand Pacific le daiba Hotel

Its my bffl vicky's and my fsil ariane's bday and i wanted to surprise them a day after their special day. So the first place that came to mind is this adjacent hotel to odaiba station where they're getting off.

We were pleasantly surprised to walk in to such a beautiful hotel with gorgeous ambiance.

The combination of a sensory satisfying buffet spread and elegant service made it one of the best hotel dining experience ive ever had.

ORE NO French Italian Restaurant Aoyama

Our organizers for our GCT forum spoiled us by bringing us here for lunch

This place has top class food that you normally eat at a luxurious restaurant, at a very affordable price. And that is what has people lining up for to just have a table in this place.

Since we're a huge crowd yesterday, i only expected a bento like lunch, but lo and behold.... what i was given was a plate on which sat two pieces ,thick sliced of this duck liver aka foie gras along with the uber delicious fig.

The english language simply doesnt have words to describe how good it was. The very best meal i had ever eaten became a distant memory on the spot.
