FOGO Samba @ The Venetian Macau

The likes of Fogo churrascaria restaurant is something you enjoy best by starving yourself for a day ahead of time. Scratch breakfast, scratch lunch, and just drink water to prepare your body for the endless meat craftsmen begging to drop more tender, well-seasoned protein on your plate.

If you've been to other Brazilian churascarria type restaurant, then you know this is an all out meat buffet in skewers. The waiters bring skewers of whole meats to your table and slice of slices to your request.

Want a more rare piece from the center, no problem. Want a thick slice, no problem. It's all you can eat sirloin, ribs, pork, chicken, tenderloin and all marinated differently so there are different tastes and flavors.

The one downside to all this is that the starter buffet could have better selections. It's mainly salads, cured meats and cheeses. But hey, you're really there for the bbq meats and the company of your favorite people

I went in with low expectations and Fogo Samba actually beat them, so bravo on that !!!
