CRUISIN` THE BAY

If you want to understand the heart of Tokyo and get much more than a tour... Try this one.

I didn't realize Tokyo had such a intricate waterway. On a trip to Akusaka we decided to take the water bus rather than the train.  It's a nice alternative to the metro and it's a nice way to see Tokyo from the river. It's slow and peaceful and you pass under multiple bridges .  It's sheds a different light on Tokyo...like you are on the outside looking in.

There appears to be 9 different water buses, so depending on the time of day and the stop, the price and the vessel varies. For example the Himiko only departs twice a day from Odaiba Seaside Park and it seems to be the longest, most expensive water bus to travel on. My advice is to get a timetable in English if you want to ride a particular bus.
So arguably the Hotaluna ferry boat with its open top deck might be a better choice. A lot depends on timing convenience and the difference may be less significant in that context.

CHARITY KIDDIE PARTY FOR STREET KIDS IN CEBU

There is always an opportunity to bless someone. The more we seek to bless others, God will provide for us and open more doors to accomplish His will.

A touching video to cap off the whole event.

Scripture makes it clear that God blesses us not so we can live with greed, but so we can bless others. God loves a cheerful giver. When He sees that someone is giving freely out of love, God blesses them more.We are blessed to be a blessing.

Sea World Orlando

Our Seaworld ticket came included with our purchase for discovery cove and I tell you it was sooooo worth it going after discovery cove it was a long day but we made it in time for the dolphin show, the fun rides and the seaworld finale it was an AMAZINGGG day.

Shamu Show during the day is incomparable to its night counterpart. There is water shooting around the pool while the show is going on. If you sit in the Splash zone, these water jets obstruct the actual orca show.

Get there just for opening & you will be able to ride Manta just like us without long queuing times. I also recommend feeding the dolphins as you are able to touch them too. It's $7 plus tax for one tray of fish (approx 4 small fish) kids small & big love it.

Flamingos walk about as do other birds which make great photo opportunitues. The dolphin & killer whale shows are a must but get there around 20 mins before show time to get a seat, earlier if you want to sit in the soak zone.

Turtle trek is a 3d experience & you alse get to see the sea turtles. The empire penguin is a simulation ride i recommend the wild ride as its more fun than mild. Be warned though at the end of the ride you get to see the penguins in freezing conditions.

We finished the day with a whale of a show starring Shamu and seeing sharks. Finally we had a bit of shopping to round the day out. This was a great park! I hope you will have as much fun as we did!

RISTORANTE ITALIANO NEW YORK CITY

This is a fabulous little hidden gem  located on a weird street. We like a good dive so we decided to check this place out.  It is small and a little dingy in my standard but quite the norm at Little Italy in New York city

When you walk inside,  it had that warm feeling. Very home-y. We sat down right away and the staff there were very friendly! They recommended food options to us and were very patient with my indecisiveness that day. Thank you waiter!

My friends had one of their thin crust pizza while I had their special homemade pasta with pesto sauce and seafood  risotto in  red sauce. Both were excellent. My pasta was perfectly al dente, which is very important for me, and had a nice kick to it which added to the all around flavor.

If you're ever staying in this section of NY (sort of Times Square/Upper Midtown) I'd highly recommend hopping over here.

ENCHANTED TALES WITH BELLE @DISNEY WORLD

This was one of the highlight of our Disney World trip, the other one was at Bibbidi Bobbidi boutique (see post here )  First, we tour Belle's house and then her father's workshop and an amazing special effects brings you into her castle.

Another amazing special effect is the wardrobe lady (sorry - I don't know their names) talks to you and gets you ready to meet Belle. Then you are brought into another room where you speak to Luminere on the mantle - amazing!!! - each one is better than the next. After that Belle comes out for an intimate story with a limited (24 or so) group and then poses for individual pictures.

The girls and my nephew were selected for parts in Belles story, which is done as a surprise for them.  They moved through 3 rooms during the experience and the animatronics are fantastic.

The best part was that Belle posed for a pic with each child at the end and presented them with a bookmark saying 'thank you for being a part of my story'.

 Its Disney at its best.

FOGO DE CHAO @ ORLANDO FLORIDA

Ive been to a couple of Fogo de chao`s  all over the globe  or a churrascaria type of restaurants (see previous post here here and here ) but this branch in Orlando did not meet the same standard in all areas as my first experience but it still was a great experience mainly because of the company Im with.

Although Im familiar with this chain of restaurants  but not this particular location, so there weren't too many surprises anymore.  Generally, my experience turns on the service received and the quality of the meats rotating on the floor.

Dining at Fogo for lunch or dinner is always a treat.  It is a very expensive experience, but you are notice prior to arrival - especially for dinner- so it's hard to complain about the price despite being exorbitant.

I recommend not eating anything a day prior lolz, wearing stretchy clothing, and prepare for the meat sweats.  Call in advance for large parties and expect to pay at least $80 a head for dinner.

If you are seeking to experience Fogo de Chao for the first time, come for lunch.  You get the same foods but at half the cost.
