San Francisco Layover: FRANCISCAN CRAB RESTAURANT

Directly positioned on  Pier 43 and the famous FISHERMAN'S WHARF logo and with a lot of big windows looking directly on the Alcatraz rock and Golden gate bridge, this restaurant surprised us  for the good atmosphere and the fresh seafoods you can eat. But their crabs are just a no no for me....

Since it was our first time  and with all the good reviews for this resto, I decided to splurge on a nice lunch in San Francisco. I love seafood but it is not one of my favorites so I decided on The Franciscan at Fishermans Wharf because of its expanded menu. The service was wonderful but the view was amazing and the food was absolutely fabulous! except for the over salty crabs .

Two people with an appetizer and two drinks will run you between $70-$100 but it's worth it because the service and view are great and the food is consistently good. had a traditional mic of crab, lobster and shrimp and I had a salmon and steak combo. Would I go back again? You bet!
