OCEAN CLUB BUFFET

Seafood, sushi, salads and all carbs you want, desserts, chocolate fountain and ice cream.... All you can eat for only  1700 yen, 19 usd at lunch time. 22 usd during dinner, drinks costs an extra 2 usd. 

I believe this is less than average in tokyo considering the perfect view of the rainbow bridge and top quality dishes
